I value your time and while I can produce your inspection onsite I don’t want to keep you standing around for an hour or more while I create your report.  Your report is completed within 24 hours and will be e-mailed directly to you in a PDF format. You may then forward it to your realtor, the seller, or whomever you choose.  I’ll deliver or mail your binder within 24 hours as well.  By creating your report back at my office I can think, review my dictation and recall every important detail without being rushed or wasting your time on site.  The result is one that has had thought and effort put into it and not one that has been quickly generated on site.
